Desktop module appearance AVI inspection is mainly used for defect detection of 3C product appearance, improving production line yield and the process control capability of manufacturers. Software function

Learning function: Read pictures of new types of products, learn about the detection area, including whether the piano cover is properly covered, whether the adhesive tape is properly attached, joint misalignment detection, barcode/QR code detection, foreign object detection, etc;

Detection method: Manual loading and unloading is used, with a desktop simple machine. Multiple fixed pin positions should be reserved on the feeding platform to facilitate switching between different models of modules. After the operator places the material, it can automatically sense that it has been placed and start detection (or controlled by a switch). If any abnormal products are found, the detection software will sound an alarm in a timely manner;
