This product provides an electrostatic discharge testing system and method for LCD display panels. It uses a six axis robot to hold an electrostatic gun and discharge and eliminate static electricity according to the set point, replacing the previous manual operation of holding the electrostatic gun. It reduces the repetitive actions of operators, avoids fatigue from holding the gun for a long time, improves detection efficiency, and to a certain extent, can improve testing accuracy, accuracy, and consistency.
